Hi, I have bought a new LG TV 50ut73006LA and I cannot get it to go through my Humax box. Aerial is in the Humax box, HDMI from humax into LG tv (HDMI1) and power on. When i switch to HDMI1 it says not connected

Yes that is the model number. Try this ” change the TV’s [HDMI Deep Colour] setting to off. (Depending on model) • → [ ] → [General] → [External Devices] → [HDMI Settings] → [HDMI Deep Colour] “
hi deep colour mode is greyed out
