Our PVR9150T won’t record. in the menu the record symbol/section has disappeared and has been replaced by games. We have run a factory reset but still no recording possible. Why has this happened and is there a solution

Most likely explanation is that the hard drive has died. You could fit a new hard drive or buy a new PVR. I would be inclined to the latter solution.
