I have had a problem with our HUMAX box over the last few days. I am being told that our box is not connected to the net. I have double checked all the connections. Checked the settings page on the box & it seems that we are definitely connected. Our broadband connection works fine on our laptops. ITV on demand hasn’t been available for a few days but the rest – BBC, CHANNEL5, YOUTUBE etc are now unavailable. Can anyone please help me with this, many thanks & best wishes.
