Had a humax FVP-4000t, for a year and while watching programs on demand catch up I have missed the end of two programs today because this box came up saying, Whoops what’s going on here it looks like a problem viewing your video then I have two options Wait or Retry after trying both nothing happens the program does not come back on, I have a black screen with about 6 dots in the centre just flashing. Nothing in the manual troubleshooting, has anyone had this problem should I replace box?
Could be an internet problem due to bad weather. My internet connection has dropped twice in the past two days.
Will have to see if it happens again as I checked my I pad when it happened and was still connected to the wi fi with the I pad
