I am new to this forum so thank you in advance for any help and advice.
I have just received a new router from Sky.Previous router works with services -Humax on demand ,tv etc.
HDR1000 connected via ethernet cable.Internet works fine .
All works fine as does my Sonos system except Humax on demand.
I get the usual Cannot connect -Loading etc.
I have done software update.
Switched on/off.
Humax say its a router setting as old router works fine.
Sky say its outwith their technical support to change router settings.
Does anyone have an idea as to what is going on ?
