I’m new to the forum. I too have had the problem with the unit not responding. It started on Friday evening. I also see the little clock symbol on the display. The only way I could get mine to work was to switch off from the electricity supply and then re-start. This happened several times over Saturday and Sunday. My machine is not connected to the internet. I think I have the HDR 1000S. It is 18 months old and I wouldn’t be able to take it back as I can’t find the receipt. If anyone can give me some idea of what could be wrong it would be great.
