    Hi.

I am going to live in Belgium for 3 months next weekend. Does anyone know if my humax work over there please?

The unit will work fine with a correctly aligned and sized dish.

Dish size will depend where in Belgium.

foxsat will work as Repassac pointed out, hdrfoxt2…

    Menu > Settings > System > System Information > Red > Green > Yellow > Blue > Green > Yellow > Blue

does have a country setting for Belgium, not too sure about operator settings – trial and error, you may find the EPG only works for now and next programmes, I really don’t know, and a lot of flats and even towns have cable only. You may need a different aerial lead (female to male rather than male to male), but that shouldn’t be a problem, neither is voltage etc, you’ll be able to playback okay.

I’ve taken freeview boxes over to Germany in the past and not had any problems. I don’t think you’ll know for sure until you’re out there.

Let us know how you get on, cable/aerial, which operator and whether EPG populates properly

I assumed he had a satellite unit but I guess it could be terrestrial, in which case, he wont get UK reception. Nearly everyone in Brussels uses cable which carries, or did when I lived there, the BBC for example.

Based on previous questions GH80 has an HDR-FOX T2.
