My parents have a Humax HDR-FoxT2 over the past few days the channels have not been available to view – last night I re installed them. They were all working fine until the end of the night when they all disapeared again. I have just had to do another installation to get the channels back. Anyone else had this problem?

Not had an instance of this myself, and cannot remember it being reported before, but I stand to be corrected.
Has digital switchover been completed in the area where the unit is located?
Yes digital switchover was in August last year – we are in South Yorkshire
