    Sorry if I am duplicating another request but I cannot find any myself.

    Just turned on my box and ALL recordings are gone.

    PLANNED list with contents is still there

    Programme guide comes up with channels but no listings.

    Help and advice please.

    Try removing the power for 10 minutes or so.

    As the unit had some Planned recordings I left it until today before following your advice.
