I tried to clear the Hard drive, it said the drive is not formatted, I formatted it and tried clear again but I keep getting the message this drive is not formatted, no matter how many times I format the drive the same message every I use clear the hard drive, any got any ideas?

You have posted this in a thread labelled Foxsat-HDR together with a title HDR-1000S. These are totally different boxes.
Start by telling us what box you actually have. And did the message come up on booting the box and was it working the last time you shut the box down.
