    I set it up the decoder and alla channel looks fine but cannot access to the on demand channels (raiplay). When going to channel 100 (tivulink) all is black and i got an error that ftp update did not work.

    The decoder is connected to the lan for internet and meteo and other internet related are working.

    Can you write down each of the value for the ftp or provide info for solving it? I need it to access the italian on demand channels via channel 100 (tivulink)

    Or, is there a phone number for cuatomer service?
