Wonder if someone could help?

Over the last two-three weeks I have been having various sound issues with my box. What happens is, I might be watching say ITV2 and then when I change channel to say bbc2, the sound on bbc2 has gone, if then flick up through the channels, some channels have sound, some don’t…..more don’t. The only around this is to do a factory reset. I rarely use this box as it’s in the bedroom. I have an exact same box in the living room and this is OK.
