Thank you for taking the time to look into this. It’s kind of weird being listed for middle east and Africa, because it’s the only product being given for rent by the main cable and internet provider here in Romania. The sad part is that they’ve disable some stuff in it. The remote control has the “Rec” button for recording on USB but right now, it doesn’t do anything. The Ethernet port is named as “service port” in the manual but it does not do DHCP requests or anything and i really don’t know how i could retrieve the firmware from it (assuming that i find a firmware for it, modify it and flash it back) in order to have a backup in case something goes wrong. Oh well… maybe someone has any information related to this. Thank you again!
