InactiveHi.
I’ve seen a lot of posts on the forum and it’s a great place to find out how to work this great piece of kit!
I’ve had several Humaxes but just hit a roadblock with our HDR Fox T2. It has stopped finding channels completely. When autotuning or when I go into manual and select the channels to find (having looked up our local transmitter – Guildford – and put in the right details), it doesn’t find them.
Any help gratefully received.
Though I did read someone’s comment in a discussion and it suggested their tuning board broke.
Thanks,
Matthew

ParticipantDo you have a aerial amplifier between your box and the aerial ?
Does your TV still receive your Freeview channels ?
If so have you tried a reset to factory defaults on the HDR FOX T2 ?

Hi Graham and thanks for asking.
No I don’t have an aerial amplifier.
Yes, the TV still receives Freeview channels. I have the external aerial going to the Humax and then the line goes on to the TV. I have to have the Humax switched on to get the TV channels on the TV. I therefore have assumed the aerial is fine.
And I did try a factory reset.
This is MWS now MWS10 as I lost my password for MWS!
Suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks,
Matthew

InactiveActually, it seems to have remembered me on this PC, so I’m still MWS here.

Not sounding good, it does seem your tuners are broken.
Incidentally if you turn off low power sby your TV should work with the box in sby.
