Humax Aura not booting up

    My Humax Aura will not load correctly. I follow all instructions but there are no TV channels and the apps constantly ask me to accept terms and conditions even though I have done so. I have followed Humax’s advice and reset this box (I would say over a dozen times now) with absolutely no difference. All I have is a page of apps, it will not move off of this page regardless of what buttons I press and it will not open any apps.

    Did you find a solution as I have a very similar problem – I am unable to get past the Accept Terms Freeview Play request (FVP-01-03) – I get stuck in a loop of “unable to connect properly” (FVP-07-034) I have tried a full reset and updating Apps etc. but no luck.

    Sorry I am going to be of limited help. Luckily I had the Aura less than 6 months and had paid via PayPal.

    After numerous unsuccessful emails to Humax I claimed refund from PayPal – the problem was never resolved nor responded to on this forum
