Hi. About a week ago I recorded a program on More4. When I tried to watch the recording it immediately froze. I tried to forward it a bit but then I got a black screen. I tried to watch a live program and got the same. I rebooted the box, that didn’t work, I did a soft reset, which annoying deleted all my recordings when it shouldn’t have, but anyway, still had the same issue. Today I recorded a program on Ch4 and the same thing happened when I tried to watch the recording and a live program. Ch4+1 also not working, but More4 is. It’s very strange. Has anyone else had any issues with any of Channel 4s channels?
If you had looked in the existing threads you would have seen that this is a common issue. There is nothing you can do and you must wait for Humax to release an update to fix the issue.
