That link refers to a previous issue however you may be suffering from another issue, what channels are affected for you? I am getting brief black screen and pausing on some COM5 channels, More4 4Xtra and 4/7 with evening being worse than day time. I have been in contact with Humax about this several times but they have so far not acted and I suspect it is due to not enough people having the issue, if this is the same as your problem please contact Humax as it will add a little pressure for them to act and ignore their advice to rescan or factory reset as it will achieve nothing.

InactiveCould anyone please help with this? I’ve just had a new BT hub, so have to reconnect to broadband / internet. The Aura box can find and lists my new hub, and requests the wireless password. The screen just shows a single box to enter the data. I was expecting a grid of letters and numbers to select, together with a final submit option. However, how do I enter lower and upper case letters using the RM-C01 remote? I don’t recall having any problems when I set up the original internet connection when I purched the Aura in December 2023. Thank you.

InactiveTry using the up/down arrow keys. If you are getting the box I think you are referring to, use down arrow to highlight “Hide password” (don’t press ok) then use up arrow and hopefully the keyboard will appear -along with a flashing cursor in the box
