I bought one of my these today. The apps don’t work. They are the main reason I bought it. Unless anyone can shed some light I am taking it back as not as described and fit for purpose.
The apps freeze, I canot set to record more than one show off the guide app without reopening. Live streaming foes not connect.
It’s a shame as the box itself was so simple to install.

I am in Brisbane Australia. The product was sold to me as being able to be screened on the devices through the Apps. The app store reviews confirm that the apps are unreliable in Australia so I think it’s going back to the store.

They will be IP locked to UK addresses.
Amazed you can buy a UK Freesat box in Australia. You won’t be able to access UK satellite services from 28.2E so will be totally useless anyway.
