Hi, this is my first post on this forum. I already own a Humax receiver and would like to buy another. I don’t know why my username has come up as Mr. 😥

I cannot source a Humax Tivumax, so I’m thinking about buying the 4tune+ which comes with a German card. If I use my Tivusat HD card will I be able to tune into Italian TV channels on the Hotbird satellite?

I also have a Humax UM-500 hard disk. I believe the 4Tune has an internal hard drive. Will this be compatible? I know I could buy the receiver and return it if it doesn’t do what I want but would rather not go to the hassle.
