    Hi all,

Sorry if I am re tracing old posts. Yesterday I got a Humax 1100s. All worked perfectly but today I can’t get “on demand”. I now get “on demand is loading”. I ve tried turning the box off and on, turning the router off and on, resetting the Humax to factory settings but still no luck after 6 hours. Iplayer still works on 901 but not on demand. I’m connected to a router about 3 meters away. Software version UKSFAA 3.00.20, all signals are good and I’m defiantly connected to my network.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for your help!

Wifi or ethernet? If wifi then try connecting using ethernet and see if it makes a difference.

For info, I had the same problem at the same time on my HDR-1000S – On Demand was working early evening 2nd April then stopped (totally blank screen after selecting a service).

All working ok first thing this morning. I did nothing to rectify the problem other than leave the box on standby overnight as usual.

Thanks for the responses. Mine has started working this morning. Still using wife. Could it have been a problem with Humax?

Not Humax, could be a Freesat server issue though.

It wouldn’t surprise me if freesat’s servers were acting up.

I’ve never managed to reliably get my box to set its timers when using the freesat mobile app on my phone.
