I have reset my 1100s and reconnected with only one cable, but in set up it insists there are still 2! One is full strength but the unconnected one shows 15% signal and 40% quality. As a result I get a message about poor or no signal. How can I make the machine realistic there is only one cable?
Make sure the single cable is connected to tuner 1 in. If incorrect put it right and repeat the factory reset.
