Hi all
Had to buy a new remote handset now I’ve lost all recordings, ability to record and freeze frame It is just as if the handset isn’t “talking” to the humax? Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated
Suggest you try resetting the remote and HDR-1100S codesets.

Also check the batteries are correctly inserted and the STB button is pressed and is lighting when other buttons are pressed.

Please could you tell us which make and model of Humax PVR you have? Also which model of remote you have purchased (it is usually shown on the front of the remote)?
