    Hi, I bought a Humax 1010s a few weeks ago.

    It has now got a problem where when it’s switched on the picture is red and there is no audio.

    After a while it all appears normal. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Are you using SCART connection as that’s typical of a loose SCART connector.

    First thing to do is to check the HDMI cable is correctly seated at both ends.

    Admin: Please move to HDR-1000/1010S. – Done
