New technophobe here!
Our internet connection is miserable and has got worse since the box! We hardly ever watch ‘on demand’ as the signal is so bad, can someone explain how I can go about disconnecting the wifi until such a time as we want to use the on demand option.

Factory reset via the System settings menu.
Make a note of your recording schedule (if you are using unit as a recorder) as this will be deleted and have to be re-scheduled.

We only use the box to get the Freesat – the On Demand is just called the ‘buffering channel’ where we are concerned, so no reason to connect to WiFi.
