Have had the Humax Aura just under a day now and all seemed to be going swimmingly re setting up the box, however I am unable to logging to the Chrome Play Store as when presented with the dialog box to enter my email, the remote control only appears to be able to enter numeric characters, can anyone advise as to how I enter text characters too?
Try long press on the keys
I had the same problem yesterday when attempting to set up my newly-purchased Aura. A long press merely produces a string of the same numerical digit. I was able to sign in to YouTube and iPlayer via the respective Aura apps.
As Paso904 states a long press on the key simply produces lots of the numeric digits so NOT a solution!
