    Model: HMS1000T – Located in Canberra.

    I get skipping on both audio and video. Intermittantly every few seconds or so. Not regular. Just on the Prime7 group of five channels ONLY – no others skip. No skipping on the TV. Just when viewed using the HMS1000T’s runer.

    I have repeatedly retuned. We have the latest SW. The skipping is not on the TV. Just the PVR output. Not playing or recording att. Same on both the HDMI and RCA connections.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Not a Humax model we have in the UK, so may not get much response. Can’t you try a Australian support forum ?

    As Graham stated not a model we have in UK.

    Suggest you badger Humax support in Australia:

    ausupport@humaxdigital.com and info the broadcaster as well.
