I have recently joined this forum and have already found lots of useful information and ideas.

I have, recently bought a PVR-4000T. I had one incident where the box indicated that there were no recordings, though I knew that there were about seven on there so, having tried various other things, I removed the power from the box for about 30 seconds. When the box came back up, all the recordings had re-appeared and there was no loss of the recording schedule.

Recently, two recordings ‘disappeared’ at different times, with the rest still visible. Removing the power, as above, did not bring these back, but, I managed to find and play them, using Smart Search. In this state, I cannot delete them, so I will have to wait until there is no recording schedule, so I can do a reset, as recommended by Humax. I guess that someone out there will say ‘welcome to the 4000T Club. Best Wishes Harry H.
