I’d really appreciate some help. I have a 1010S which I use every day. On Saturday all my recordings disappeared (86% full) but the planned recordings were still listed. I have unplugged the box from the mains overnight without success, then a factory reset which I’ve done before but this time my planned recordIngs have disappeared as well as the recordings. I now realise it is not recording at all – I have set more programmes but they have not recorded and when I press the red record button nothing happens. On Demand does not work either. Help please!! I am up to date with software updates.
Hi Barry and thanks for your reply. I posted here first as this forum is so helpful and I hoped there might be another fix I could try but I will now try Humax support as suggested. I just hope my recordings have not been permanently lost
Sorry on this occasion we could not be more helpful. You have tried the fix which has worked for some but not all in powering off and leaving for a while.
Quite a few have reported this problem, and I hope by highlighting to Humax support they are getting an idea on how widespread this issue is, and that it needs some urgent attention (one can hope)
