Hi. I have a HDR3000T – 2 Tuner. YouTube worked fine until November 2019. Now it just hangs on the YOUTUBE splash screen. I emailed HUMAX Australia and they said it was a known issue – support were looking at it. But they are no longer responding to my requests for an update. I have done several factory resets to no avail. Luckily, Netflix still works. Any ideas ? Thx
Oh, and just some further info, Humax deleted my MYHUMAX account due to inactivity late in 2019. Not sure if this is related. I recreated my MYHUMAX account and I did check to see if there was any way to associate YOUTUBE with an email logion but I haven’t seen anything obvious.
