I’ve had this box for ten days, unfortunately I am getting Failed to Record on most recordings. I am mainly using the Youview app to set recordings, they are being sent to the box ok. Having been in touch with Humax support, they replied that it is a Freeview not a Youview box so the app won’t work!
I also have two HD Fox T2s which have never failed to record.
Any suggestions as to why recordings are failing would be most welcome!
Well I set a programme to record with the remote, a following programme on a different channel via the app and put the box into standby. Both programmes recorded.
