    Hi,

Just wondered if anyone could give me any advice on streaming from the HDR FOX T2 to an iMac running on Lion OSX?

How do I go about setting it up?

Do I need a special program on my iMac / what settings do I need to amend on the Humax box?

    Thanks

    David

You just need to install a DLNA client – I use XMBC (download here).

If you use XBMC, then Videos, right arrow, Files. Add source, and browse. Select UPnP Devices.

You should see your HDR listed if you have enabled Content Sharing (in the menu) and both the HDR and iMac is on the same network.

I use XBMC on Windows too, and I found it is a great client. One thing I recently found out, was that it could play an HD recording that I transferred off an HDR, that VLC or Splash Lite couldn’t play properly…
