Hi. Come back from holiday today to find that the HDR Fox T2 we have will not let us access the media through the usual press of the button. Further investigation of the HDD shows that all available disk space/used disk space is 0GB. I assume the only way out of this is to lose all recorded programmes and factory reset the box. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
If you are on 1.02.27 or 1.02.28 (the latest version of firmware) there is a HDD test facility under the ‘Storage’ Menu you could try.
If this doesn’t help I would install the Custom Firmware, as this will allow you to access the files from a P.C. It is possible a single (very large) recording has filled up your hard disk while you was away
