Recently bought a HDR-3000T and have problems with supplied remote RM-M13.
Bought another recommended remote RM-L08.
The channel up/down button does not work on either.
Also if we pause a recorded program unable to get it playing again.
The supplier gave us a few intructions to try and that didn’t work so they are sending us another RM-L08.
Had a previous HUmax faultless for many years until programs started flickering so we went out and bought the new one.
Can anyone suggest what we are doing wrong? Can’t find a solution in the manual. Cheers Peter
If I recall, the HDR-3000T is an Australian model. So there won’t be much experience of it here I am afraid.
Can Humax Australia assist?
