Hi ALL I’m New to the forum so I hope that I get this right.

Can any of you chaps please help???

I have been given a HDR2000T and on connecting the unit up I find that as soon as I plug in the power to HDR the blue LED comes on and sates on. The HDD is not spinning the cooling fan is not running. No way can I put the unit in stand by Red LED on.

**Just a note I have remove the HDD and tested it via my PC and it is running and showing 3 partitions. I have also checked out the cooling fan and that is also running**

I noticed that the main board heat sink is warm which would indicate to me that something is going on.

I have tried connecting to the TV via HDMI and SCART cables no JOY.

The hand set seems to be working ok changing from PVR to TV red LEDs come on. I have also changed the TV HDMI to SCART no change.

There is no reaction from the HDR front panel buttons no matter what.

If I leave to HDR on and connected to the TV the HUMAX screen logo pops up every 45-50 seconds showing HUMAX and in the bottom corner UKTFAC 1.04 then reverts to the TV screen saver(no signal).

I have take photos of the Screen saver+ Humax logo if required
