I normally set the sound volume to max on the HDR 1800 and use the TVs remote to control volume. The humax then matches the sound level from other sources.
However, sometimes, the humax has a much lower sound level and when I use the humax remote I find the volume level is set to 10 (out of 20)
I haven’t determined exactly when this happens and just wondered if anyone else has this problem

If you have a auto power on timer set, one of the options is the volume level it boots the box to. This will override the last set volume unless you match the volume level you want in the timer settings.
