When i factory reset it and go through the setup steps when it gets to internet connection option it only says to connect an ethernet cable. Doesn’t ask to scan for wifi? Any ideas???? September 16, 2019 at 3:20 pm #92310 AnonymousInactive Does your router show WiFi active AND broadcasting your SSID? You will need to have 2.4 Ghz active if your router also offers 5 Ghz. I think you should also not have an Ethernet cable connected when you try. September 16, 2019 at 3:24 pm #92311 AnonymousInactive The freesat box does not even give an option to look for wifi.
