Hi all,
My 1100s lost its wifi connection.
When i factory reset it and go through the setup steps when it gets to internet connection option it only says to connect an ethernet cable. Doesn’t ask to scan for wifi?
Any ideas????
Does your router show WiFi active AND broadcasting your SSID?
You will need to have 2.4 Ghz active if your router also offers 5 Ghz.
I think you should also not have an Ethernet cable connected when you try.
The freesat box does not even give an option to look for wifi. Just says plug in ethernet cable.
FYI router works fine.
