Now does not record two programmes at same time. Tuner 1 has good signal, Tuner2 nothing. Same when coax leads exchanged. Is Tuner 2 dead or is there a solution
If you go into go to
Settings -> System Information -> Signal Info
is the message at the bottom “Freesat box connected with 1 cable.”?

Factory reset has solved the problem. Both tuners now levels good. Thanks for comments.
