Please help my HDR 1010S turns on and I am able to use the remote for about 30 seconds and then it all freezes and I have to turn it off again. I don’t even have enough time to get to system reset. Please help
Hi welcome to the forum. First thing to try is disconnect from the mains for about 15 minutes (you can pull the dc power out of the back if that’s easier to get to). Restore the power and wait for the box to restart the clock. Now try booting again.

Last suggestion – turn on leave for one hour (Possibility of maintenance activity)?_
This is an inherent fault. Humax will ask you to do a factory reset, but when you do it will revert to freezing over a period of time. My advice would be to return it.
