    Hi

    My HDR stopped pausing live TV and a suggested way to fix this was to do a firmware update. I’ve tried going to settings/system setup but when there I only have one option, POWER SAVING. There’s no scroller box on the left like I’ve seen on youtube vidoe’s on how to do this. Is there a fix for this?

    Welcome to the Forum :-)

    Were you per chance recording at the time you accessed the menu’s?

    In any case you will almost certainly already have the latest firmware.

    Usual recourse to ‘fix’ live pause is to format the HDD.

    Before carrying out a format make sure you have watched any recordings as all will be deleted.
