Hi newbie here, last night whilst navigating to channel menu, box froze at “showcase”title, turning box off at mains & removing/replacing batterys in remote changed nothing. I have only had this box for 10 days so am not particularly sure what, if anything I can do, so any help at all would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Suggestions:
1. Always try the standby button before turning off at mains. Certain buttons still function when others appear not to.
Leave off for at least 60 secs to discharge capacitors
2. Try the buttons on the front of the unit to see if it responds to this.
3. If no success ask retailer for replacement unit.
