We seem to be having problems getting the HDMI signal to work on startup. We get the splash screen with the freesat/humax logo, then the signal is lost.
Repeating turning on and off the box a good few times helps somehow to get a signal, then all remains ok.
I believe the signal to the box is good as it works on our scart connection.
Has anyone had anything like this? Could it be a hdmi lead thing or connection?
Any help would be great. Thanks
The unit normally starts up in 1080i for teh splash screen and then blamks before switching to your selected resolutiom which your TV may not be able to support – try changing to 1080i.
Thanks, both Box and tv set to 1080i I believe. Tv is capable of viewing a picture once it eventually signal is picked up.
Not sure what to do.
