I asked Humax but they replied by trying to sell me one of their (expensive)HD. The drive spec should be low power sata consumer electronics design (CE). 5400 rpm is fine and generally quieter than the 7200 rpm drives. Western Digital amongst others do suitable drives. Drives are currently very expensive due to the flooding in Thailand knocking out much of the world production capacity.
