Can anyone help please? I have just set up my FVP-5000T and H3 espresso boxes, but can’t find out how to access BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, or any other catchup service.

Is there any way I can get these so I can watch catchup on my second TV?

I went to Curry’s where I bought it from and the bloke there told me I had to download the apps for them and then I could watch catchup, which he insisted the manual explained and called it rollback. I can’t see anything in the manual that mentions rollback or catchup! When I checked the apps on it there isn’t anything that remotely looks like iPlayer or ITV Hub. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
