Hi
I have just got foxsat Hdr and if i try navigating around the epg while its receving programme info(while the sounds muted, the box freezes and none of the controls work. The only way to recify the the problem is to switch of the box by the switch at the back and then back on and let the box re-boot.
Is this known a problem with this box and is there a work around.
Instead of pressing guide, press the schedule button on the remote followed by the red button. Firstly carry out a freesat tune, after the tune exit and don’t save the results.
What software version does diagnostics say you have ?
Thanks for reply, yes that appears to work. Do I have do retune every time before I press the schedule button?
The software version is HPRSFCI 1.00.17

No only the first time. Your software is somewhat out of date
