FVP-500T – Netflix Not working

    Hoping for some help, when trying to access Netflix via the remote button or the apps section the system crashes and I have no way of returning to the Freeview menu or TV guide other than turning the box off and back on again. Has anyone else encountered this problem before, I can’t seem to find any posts about this issue?

    Working fine on my 5000T. Pressing the netflix button instantly displays netflix

    There was a recent post about this which suggested that doing a Factory Default reset (WITHOUT the format HDD option) was the solution.

    It proves the Humax servers are working OK. Try Martins suggestion re factory reset.
