FVP 5000T will not record from TV Guide

    Hello,

    I have the following issue with FVP 5000T box, this issue has just started, when in TV Guide on the box when press the red button on the remote control the options come up on the screen say record episode or record series highlight the option I want and this works but no red R appears on the guide.

    Any help would be appreciated to fix this issue.

    Quick update the issue is that in TV guide on some channels the guide does not show the red R.

    What red R are you talking about. The usual symbol for a set recording in the EPG is a red clock, with an “s” added in the bottom left corner for a series link.

    Do you mean that?
