Bought it about 18 months ago from HumaxDirect with 1 year warranty. It no longer records & has lost all recordings.
I’ve reset it, but no change in it’s behaviour. I intended to replace it’s Toshiba dt01aba050v 500GB HDD with the exact same model, but cannot find it on Amazon UK.
I would welcome a recommendation for an equivalent HDD. Please bear in mind that I lack technical competence … I was thrilled to get the top off the Humax casing.
You need a disk suited to video recording. The Seagate Pipeline range works.
