Can anyone help with my problem of poor picture quality(freezing & breakup)when viewing or recording non-HD channels. This does vary from perfect to unwatchable. When using the smart TV only quality is perfect at all times. Plus the signal strength on Humax settings is always 100%. Thanks for any ideas.

You say “when using the smart TV …” – do you mean when watching the Humax live TV? Or when watching the TV tuner TV?
Signal strength is pretty irrelevant – what is the signal quality?
Do you have any 800 channels which means you are also seeing another transmitter?
How does the aerial lead run? Is it Aerial > Humax > TV? Or is it Aerial > TV > Humax?
