Hi
I am having issues with my remote I have reset it and it works but as soon as I switch it to tv mode it will not switch back to STB mode, it’s teally frustrating anyone else had this problem and got any solutions?
When you press the STB button does the red ring light flash? It should. I have a similar problem and it is because my STB button is dodgy. I have opened the remote and cleaned the button and it is OK again at the moment.
