Spotted this freesat community thread on issues being worked upon.
The official freesat.co.uk forum looks really small compared to this one. That said, it does look like some of the issues reported in MH.O are getting attention from Aubrey in the ‘Freesat Team’.
Andrew, I think the site is brand new.
Looks like they learnt from Freeview and not used the same awful forum software as them. But on a first brief looksy not so sure if it is better or worse.
